Was ist damals passiert?
For much of the last 200 000 years, our planet was inhabited by two closely related human species: Homo neanderthalensis was in Europe, western and central Asia and east into Siberia, while Homo sapiens lived in Africa. Only about 40 000 years ago, at the beginning of the last glaciation did Homo sapiens appear in Europe and met the long-time residents: the Neanderthals.
What happened at that time? How was the day to day life in Ice Age Europe? This book tells the story of a group of Neanderthals and a group of Homo sapiens.
