Abstract

Die spezifische Immuntherapie (SIT) ist die einzig kausale Therapie IgE-vermittelter allergischer Erkrankungen. Sie wird nächstens 100 Jahre alt. Die subkutane Immuntherapie gilt nach wie vor als Goldstandard der SIT. Um die Wirksamkeit, Sicherheit und die Attraktivität für die Patienten zu steigern, werden am Universitätsspital Zürich in klinischen Studien neue Ansätze und Strategien wie die epikutane Behandlungsform, d.h. die Verabreichung der Allergene mittels Hautpflastern, untersucht. = Specific immunotherapy (SIT) is the only disease-modifying and causal treatment of IgE mediated allergic diseases. Soon this treatment will turn 100 years old. Subcutaneous immunotherapy is still considered to be the gold standard of SIT. With the intention to improve efficacy, safety and desirability for patients, new strategies such as epicutaneous immunotherapy, i.e. administration of allergens using a skin patch, are under investigation in clinical trials at the Zurich University Hospital. = L'immunothérapie spécifique est la seule forme de traitement causal pour les allergies médiées par les IgE. Cette thérapie fête prochainement son anniversaire de cent ans. L'immunothérapie sous-cutanée est toujours reconnue comme gold standard de l'immunothérapie. Toutefois, pour augmenter l'efficacité, la sécurité et l'attraction pour les patients, l'hôpital universitaire de Zurich a initié des études cliniques pour analyser des nouvelles stratégies thérapeutiques ainsi que l'administration épicutanée.
