Abstract
Das Lungenkarzinom ist eine heterogene Tumorentität die mit molekularen Markern zunehmend genauer unterteilt wird. Diese Marker haben diagnostische, prädiktive oder prognostische Bedeutung. Damit wird eine individuellere und damit wirksamere bzw. nebenwirkungsärmere Therapie ermöglicht.
