Abstract
Die SVP will mit einer Initiative die Volkswahl des Bundesrates durchsetzen. Eine Analyse der direkt gewählten Kantonsregierungen zeigt, dass die politische Konkordanz von der Volkswahl profitiert nicht aber die SVP.
