Abstract
Bürgerinnen und Bürger stimmen ab, der Mehrheitsentscheid
ist menschenrechtswidrig: Darf eine solche Vorlage gar nicht an die Urne kommen? Soll ein Gericht im Nachgang über ein Inkrafttreten entscheiden? Eine Regel aus Kalifornien könnte in der Schweiz Schule machen.
