Abstract

Zerebrale Anfälle sind im Kindesalter häufig. Neben einer suffizienten Behandlung sind eine diagnostische Einordnung anhand der Anamnese und der Anfallssemiologie sowie der Ausschluss beziehungsweise das Erkennen von Differenzialdiagnosen elementar.
