Abstract

2-Monosubstituted 3-amino-2H-azirines 2 react with several heterocycles containing acidic NH groups via ring expansions, leading to benzo[g][1,2,5]thiadiazocin 1,1-dioxide derivatives 6 and imidazoles 9, 10, and 13, respectively.
