The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of different irrigation regimens on the dentin wettability of root canal sealers. The occlusal surfaces of human molar teeth (N = 90) were removed, polished, and divided into three groups (n = 30) based on the irrigation regimen: control group (SAL), standard irrigation group (NES), and test group (ODC).
