STATEMENT OF PROBLEM Recent resin-based and ceramic-based computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) materials have been used to restore endodontically treated teeth. Adaptation of the restoration is important for clinical success, but studies evaluating the effect of these materials on the adaptation of endocrowns are lacking. PURPOSE The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the effect of resin-based and ceramic-based materials on the marginal and internal adaptation of endocrowns. MATERIAL AND METHODS
