Abstract (English) During the Pinochet dictatorship (1973-1990) in Chile, a broad solidarity movement with the left-wing Chilean opposition emerged in Switzerland amongst other countries. This master-thesis deals with the political activity of Chileans in exile in Switzerland and their role in this movement. They organised themselves in Chilean exile parties, in Chile solidarity committees led by Swiss activists and in migrant networks.
