Here, we sequenced multidrug resistance plasmid pT3, which encodes <jats:italic>mcr</jats:italic>-<jats:italic>3.5</jats:italic> and other resistance genes. The cooccurrence of <jats:italic>mcr</jats:italic> genes and other resistance genes on a single plasmid is of concern.
