PURPOSE To clinically and histomorphometrically compare a biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP) and deproteinized bovine bone mineral (DBBM) for sinus floor elevation. MATERIALS AND METHODS Sinus floor elevation procedures (lateral window) were performed randomly applying either BCP (test) or DBBM (control).
