Abstract

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) show overlapping symptomatology and deficits in inhibitory control, which are associated with altered functioning and glutamatergic signaling in fronto-striatal circuitry. These parameters have never been examined together.
