Abstract

We study the scalar field equation and Maxwell equations in the nonstandard back-ground previously investigated. We separate the angular dependence by expanding in sphericalharmonics and solve the radial wave equations exactly by separating the variablestandr. Weobtain electric and magnetic multipole radiation as in vacuum without gravitation, but the fre-quencies get redshifted. The exact results are essential for understanding the Planckian characterof CMB properly.
