Kommentare zu Art. 114 und 115 LV (Schlussbestimmungen)

Abstract

Bei Art. 114 LV und Art. 115 LV handelt es sich um die beiden Bestimmungen aus dem XII. Hauptstück der liechtensteinischen Verfassung, also um die Schlussbestimmungen. Sie regelten das Verhältnis der Verfassung zu dem von ihr 1921 angetroffenen Rechtsbestand und den Umgang mit Lücken im damals bestehenden Recht, die dadurch entstanden, dass die neu erlassene Verfassung konkrete Staatsaufgaben aufzählte und die Verabschiedung verschiedener Gesetze verlangte.
Article 114 and 115 Constitution of the Principality of Liechtenstein are the final clauses of the constitution. Article 114 says: «All laws, ordinances and statutory provisions that contradict any explicit provision of the present Constitutional deed shall hereby be repealed and rendered invalid; those legal provisions inconsistent with the spirit of this fundamental law shall be revised to conform with the Constitution.» Article 115 forces the government to prepare the laws provided for in the Constitution.
