Seelsorgliche Spiritual Care : Spezialisierung und Integration

Abstract

Der Beitrag arbeitet heraus, dass im klinikseelsorglichen Tätigkeitsfeld Spezialisierung und das Bemühen um Integration zwei sich bedingende Bewegungen darstellen. Mit Blick auf aktuelle Professionalisierungstendenzen werden drei Integrationsaufgaben benannt: Die Integration der Teilaspekte professioneller Identität, die interprofessionelle Integration und die Integration von klinischer und religiöser Beauftragung.

This article demonstrates that in the field of healthcare chaplaincy, specialisation and efforts towards integration are two interdependent movements. With regard to current professionalisation tendencies, three tasks are named: the integration of partial aspects of professional identity, interprofessional integration and the integration of clinical and religious commissioning.
