Gantenbein, U L (2010). Paracelsus als Theologe. In: Classen, A. Paracelsus im Kontext der Wissenschaften seiner Zeit. Kultur- und mentalitätsgeschichtliche Annäherungen. Berlin: Walter de Gruyter, 65-89.

Abstract

The article summarizes the the theological works of the Swiss philosopher and physician Theophratus of Hohenheim, called Paracelsus (1493/94-1541). Paracelsus took part in the early tendencies for church reformation and can be seen as a radical reformer. Nevertheless, he sought to impart medical considerations into his theological thought.
